  We are very happy with the service of the Marshall and Tachechi rentals team, and would recommend them unhesitatingly as a rental agent. They found us an excellent tenant at once, their charges are competitive, their billing and statements were professional, accurate and prompt. Karen and Bobbie are excellent communicators, responded promptly and fully to our questions, and made the relationship enjoyable.

  Went into this agency today to discuss rental properties with their property manager Bobbi who was a stuck up little thing, with absolutely no personality what so ever. I mentioned to her that I was potentially interested in buying a property but wanted to lease in the interim so i could have a better understanding of what the area was like as i am from out of the area. She had no genuine interest in my enquiry what so ever and constantly had her head buried into the computer and typing whilst ignoring me and constantly advised to look on the M&T website for listings. This is no way to interact with customers what so ever and i feel that this agency lacks a real customer service approach everyone in the agency seemed stuck up in their own little ways. And if i wanted to refer to the website i wouldn't have committed to driving into the agency to seek advice.

  The sales and accommodation rentals teams provide excellent support. The addition of Bobbie to the rentals team was on of the prime reasons why our family chose this agency to manage our rental properties - she is diligent, dedicated and a pleasure to deal with. Overall, highly recommended.
